Hi, my name is Becky and I spend most of my time apron clad and in the kitchen.  I grew up on the strings of my grandmother’s apron learning to bake and cook from scratch. As I grew up my love for all things culinary has grown. This blog is a reflection of food we love, kitchen experiments, and general southern goodness. The best part about food is the sharing – hope y’all enjoy!

    Do you have any tips on how to get listed in Yahoo News?
    I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there!

    • Hi! So sorry for the delayed response – I apparently need to update my spam settings as several comments were blocked! I think the best way to get exposure is hashtags, because they will help search engines find your blog and you can always post links on websites like: Pinterest, Food Gawker, and/or setup a Community Facebook Page. All of which are free and will bring more traffic to your blog. Hope that helps and happy cooking from Texas! AC
